To Our Customers:

In an effort to maintain continuity and provide the best customer service given the circumstances, Diversified Biotech, Inc. has instituted a team approach to office operations and shipping. For safety purposes, our customer service staff will be working form home until further notice. As such, we are requesting that our customers fax orders or place them via the website. While our phone system will remain online, all calls will go to voicemail and be reviewed as soon as possible. During this time we do not expect any delays in response time or the passing of information. Additionally, our shipping and receiving departments will rotate between our two warehouses located on Commerce Way in Dedham, MA. This will allow us to remain socially distanced while continuing to provide customer service and order fulfillment services.

While this plan was instituted to minimize the level of disruption to our customers, please bear with us during this uncertain time. The whole Diversified Biotech, Inc. team is committed to offering the same top-tier customer service our customers have come to expect over the last 35 years.

To reiterate, at this point we do not anticipate any service disruptions. This, of course, is subject to change based on Federal and State guidelines. Should you have any concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to customer service or your account representative.
