General:  Diversified Biotech Inc. will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product within 60 days from the date of invoicing for item credit only.  Refund checks will not be issued for returned items. This includes, but is not limited to, items that were damaged in transit, items that were incorrectly ordered, or items that were incorrectly shipped.  Incorrectly ordered items will be subject to return and replacement shipping charges.  In the event a product is damaged or is incorrectly shipped on our part, replacements will be shipped free of charge. 

All items being returned require an RTN number.  Please contact customer service to get a valid RTN number.  After 60 days, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective Products:  If you feel the received product is defective please contact a Technical Support Representative.  A determination will be made on whether or not the product is defective and a return authorization or replacement will be issued based on the final outcome.
