Calibrated for Common Cryovial Brands - Each Cryo-Shields™ easily slides on and anchors (friction fit) securely on frozen vials.
Multiple Uses- As a non-adhesive label, simply hand-write directly on Cryo-Shields™ with a lab marker or attach an adhesive label to the outside of the sleeve and slide it on to the cryovial. Or attach a conventional adhesive label or a Tough-Tag®, Cryo-Tag®, or CryoBabies® label to the cryovial before adding the shield.
Tough - Chemically inert, polyester sleeves resist most organic solvents and caustic agents without cracking, peeling, or degrading.
Temperature-Resistant - From -196°C to 121°C, Cryo-Shields™ withstand boiling water baths, moderate oven temperatures (150°C), autoclaving and extreme freezer temperatures (liquid and vapor phase nitrogen).
Available in three convenient sizes. All Cryo-Shields™ are 0.75" in length.
